• Payments are processed via PayPal or other supported gateways.
• Orders are confirmed after successful payment.

Delivery

We offer local delivery or in-store pickup within Georgia. Delivery times vary.

Returns

Refunds available within 7 days for wrong or damaged items. Used books are not refundable unless defective.

User Conduct

Users may not:

• Post abusive or fake reviews
• Use bots or scrape our data
• Violate intellectual property laws

All content belongs to us and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, errors in listings, or delivery delays.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Georgian law. Disputes will be handled in Tbilisi.
